In home and in office visits available. $15 travel fee if greater than 10 miles travel

This work is amazing. A lot of healing can happen in one session. If financial need is keeping you from services, please message me, I do keep some lower income slots open.

What is craniosacral therapy? Very gentle hands on therapy with osteopathic roots developed by Dr. John Upledger. CST facilitates functional improvement of the Central Nervous System.

Everyone carries trauma in their body. CST uses very light touch while clients remain dressed, allowing body, mind, and spirit to work together. Craniosacral therapy can assist with many, many things and has very few contraindications. Sessions are individualized. Expect to relax while your body directs the therapist.

Infants go through a lot during the process of birth. CST is recommended for infants with muscle tightness, ties, and/or trouble with latching. Newborns appear to love it and I recommend a session for every mom and baby after every birth.

I see clients of all ages with training in cst, mouthwork, somato-emotional release, infants, pregnancy, and adults. Preconception would be a great time for parents to begin sessions.
