Do you want to walk into birth and caring for your baby with confidence? Partners, are you unsure how you can be involved and supportive throughout this process?

Childbirth Education is a powerful tool for birthing families.  Education truly is power.  I’m childbirth educator with many years of teaching experience. Every class I teach is informative and fun, we laugh a lot, lots of demonstrations and discussion, all of your questions answered.

5-6 week class CBE $300 includes; 3 months access Evidence Based Birth® curriculum full of video content with links to evidence-based resources, a digital or printed workbook, and 5 in person or zoom sessions with classmates and Liz. This class is for the parent that wants to know everything (great for professionals or anyone who likes to research everything). This class begins with fun activities about our preconceptions about birth terms and ends with a wonderful comfort measures dress rehearsal. Access to content and zoom sessions provided for birth parent and one support person.

Premium Package $350 (includes 3 additional months extra online access or a personalized one on one birth planning session).

Savvy Birth 101: Available upon request $50 (3 hours)

Excellent Intro Class for mom and partner with a lot of tools to help you navigate hospital birth

2. Describe how the power system works in most hospital labor and delivery units
