Elizabeth Klein

My name is Liz Klein. I am a mother and wife, a lover of sunshine, the ocean, and holidays. I am that person that is either organizing an adventure or inviting myself to one. I enjoy any kind of gathering where people unite (concerts, theater, sports, theme parks, haunted houses, bbqs, bonfires, and so on). I love spending time with and learning about others. I believe our stories are powerful and meant to be shared.

If you have found my page, you may be considering reaching out for support. I offer many services with a goal for families and individuals to find strength through love, connecting with information and resources, and support. I love meeting with individuals and growing families. I gave birth to five children over the course of 16 years. I have had multiple birth and breast feeding experiences and a miscarriage with varying levels of support. I have been a nurse for 17 years and have learned a lot working with children, teenagers, infants, and parents within inpatient psychiatric and OB hospital settings. I value preventing and healing trauma and love supporting others and connecting families to helpful resources.

I am a childbirth educator, a certified doula (BWS), a lactation consultant (IBCLC), and now also offer craniosacral therapy for infants and adults. We all have trauma and fears. Life can be challenging but life is also full of gifts to get us through. Wisdom, support, and connecting with others are invaluable tools that I try to provide for others. I love working with mothers, birth parents, fathers, and support people. Everyone in the family needs support as changes take place and sometimes outside perspective can assist everything to flow even more beautifully utilizing the gifts that everyone already has and offering additional tools. I offer free initial phone consultations and my doula packages come with phone and text support.
